Access Policy
The corridor where the SafePod is located operates with proximity card secure entry system. SafePod users will be issued with a temporary card to allow access to this area. Access to the building and the library is open to all.
Our policy on face coverings aligns with current Scottish Government guidelines. Cleaning materials are provided for keyboards, mice and desks. Please clean SafePod touch points before and after your session.

Accessibility
There is step free access to the Library and to the SafePod. The SafePod is located on the first floor and there is lift access. There are accessible toilets available in various locations around the building. We have an accessible keyboard and mouse available for use in the SafePod. Please contact the SafePod Coordinator to discuss any specific requirements.

There is no lone working policy. Use of the SafePod is unsupervised. The building is always staffed when open
