The National Records of Scotland (NRS) has joined the SafePod Network.  NRS is a Non-Ministerial Department of the Scottish Government. NRS's purpose is to collect, preserve and produce information about Scotland's people and history and make it available to inform current and future generations. Their data includes Scottish civil registration and the population census.  Research projects using NRS data are now available to be accessed from SafePods across the UK.
