2. SUMMARY PROCESS OF DATA ACCCESS THROUGH THE SAFEPOD NETWORK

The process for data access through the SafePod Network is as follows:

  • A researcher must have an approved project with a Data Centre that has joined the SafePod Network.
  • A researcher must be registered with the SafePod Network.  Details on the registration process is here.
  • Following registration, a researcher must then complete an online training questionnaire about SafePod policy.
  • Once the questionnaire has been passed, a researcher can then make a SafePod booking through this website.
  • Once the booking has been confirmed by the Data Centre, then a researcher can attend at their chosen SafePod to access their project data.

For any further help or guidance about the data access process please contact the SafePod Network.
